Job Description
- Attend product line-specific training sessions and complete assigned computer-based training as per the predetermined Learning Plan.
- Assemble, disassemble, and prepare rental equipment according to work instructions.
- Assemble liner systems and perform tool preparation and testing.
- Identify and utilize all measurement equipment as per calibration log and work instructions.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Liner Systems products, services, and the ability to correctly identify all tools and components.
- Recommend measures to enhance methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
- Assist in the shop, make deliveries, and attend all required safety training.
- Be available for 24-hour on-call duty.
- Understand and comply with Weatherford's Quality Policy, Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
- Adhere to all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Perform work assignments to the highest quality standards.
- Be willing to travel for extended periods as required.
- Carry out various other duties and activities as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
