Act as the primary interface with clients at well sites, managing Weatherford personnel and ensuring successful service delivery.
Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and promptly report any issues using appropriate tools.
Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in safe and presentable conditions.
Monitor and analyze data to recommend services and solutions that meet client needs.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and superior service quality.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Artificial Lift methods, specifically of SRP and PCP, design and Installation procedures.
Understanding of both Commercial and Technical aspects of Product Line
Computer fundamentals
Critical thinking, active learning & listening, complex problem solving
Good reading and writing skills, strong judgment, and decision-making to be in line with policies & procedures
Quality Control Analysis to ensure the product meets required standards
Service Orientation
Physically capable to undertake the tasks required to perform the role
