  • Consistently achieving individual sales goals through our selling model throughout all product offerings.
  • Providing wellrounded solutions market expertise and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders contractors architects professional remodelers and trade organizations.
  • Proactively originating new customer relationships through networking referrals and facetoface meetings.
  • Helping customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for their ongoing needs.
  • Continually striving for 100% Very Satisfied customers.

Qualifications:

  • To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • Bachelor s degree (B. A.) from fouryear college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Individual s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.


Benefits

  • New Hire Comp annual base salary of $50000 $2000.00 monthly guaranteed commission for first 12 months. After 12 months then on the standard commission and bonus structure.
  • After guarantee period annual base salary is performance driven (will go up or down based on previous years bookings)
  • Commission plan Commission can be up to 5.60% based upon discount applied to Net Price of product and/or service.
  • Monthly bonus opportunity based upon monthly actual bookings; 1.0% for booking <75% of quota attainment and 1.75% for booking >75% of quota attainment.
  • Standard IRS Mileage reimbursement (for new hire and existing consultants).
