As we expand our presence in Uzbekistan we are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager with a proven track record in the SaaS industry to join our team.

Job Summary: The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have 45 years of experience in SaaS sales a deep understanding of the local market and a passion for technology. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships with clients and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets in the Uzbekistan market.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Recruit train and manage a highperforming sales team.
    • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their performance.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:

    • Oversee the sales pipeline ensuring timely followups and effective deal closure.
    • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and generate accurate forecasts.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and promotional strategies.
    • Collaborate with product development to relay customer feedback and identify potential enhancements.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management highlighting performance metrics and strategic recommendations.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 45 years of proven experience in SaaS sales or technology sales.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and software solutions.
    • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Proficient in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Languages:

    • Fluent in Uzbek and Russian; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:

    • Selfmotivated resultsdriven and capable of working independently.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
