Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Engineering Science English Journalism Communications Commerce or a related field
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Knowledge of English Marathi & Hindi is essential.
- Utilize CRM or AI tools and other business software to update and manage business track progress and generate reports.
- This position is only for people residing in & around Thane/Mumbai only.
Benefits
Terms & Conditions:
1) Start the Internship for 3 months. We pay INR 10000/ during the internship period.
2) Based on the performance after 3 months we will extend your Internship for another 6 months. Your remuneration would change as per your performance.
1. Internship Duration and Stipend:
- The internship will initially be for a period of 3 months.
- Interns will receive a stipend of INR 10000/ per month during the initial 3month period.
2. Internship Extension and Stipend Adjustment:
- Based on the interns performance during the initial 3 months GradDreams may extend the internship for an additional 6 months.
- The stipend for the extended period will be adjusted based on the interns demonstrated skills and contributions.
- Highperforming interns may be eligible for competitive compensation and benefits packages in line with industry standards.
If you prove yourself as a performer benefits are at par with the current Industry standards for the right candidate.
Immediate Joining.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Counseling, International Relations). Proven experience in counseling or advising students in an educational setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Familiarity with study abroad programs, universities, and visa procedures. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Utilize CRM or AI tools and other business software to update and manage business, track progress, and generate reports.
