Requirements
As a Software Developer you will be in charge of the development and maintenance of applications in a fastpaced environment of developers designers and infrastructure analysts. We value candidates who have demonstrated experience in working with both client teams and internal teams to get the job done. All of our work is performed by employees onsite.
In this role you will be expected to:
- Develop and oversee specific development procedures
- Assist in strategic planning and risk analysis
- Identify information system needs
- Establish priorities for system upgrades
- Optimize ongoing system design
- Provide excellent customer service both to our team and our clients through consistent communication
- Web application development for assigned projects
- Regularly modify hierarchical relational flatfile and PaaS databases
- Produce efficient clean and wellcommented code
- Analyze design develop test and implement applications and databases
- Work closely with other teams developers and Senior Management to build new features and applications
- Resolve user interface application and databaserelated issues
- Review proofread and format all correspondence to ensure accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
To be considered candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor s Degree with 23 years of progressive experience or 4 years of progressive experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with source control technologies such as Git
- Full development competency with MVC pattern/framework experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing highload application using cloud infrastructure
- Previous experience in IT or other related fields
- Ability to evaluate software and hardware
- Bonus: experience with the .NET/.NET Core ecosystem
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Superior verbal and written communication
- Ability to use independent judgment and take personal initiative
- Ability to plan and manage multiple tasks/projects with minimal supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Ability to maintain focus over an extended period
- Deadline and detailoriented
- Ability to work in Allentown PA office

Qualifications To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria: Background in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience required. Deep knowledge of QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and (preferably) Zoho Books and Sage. Advanced Excel user Exceptional problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to lead projects and see them through to their completion with detailed communication along the way. Experience in software development, project management, or planning preferred. Experience in manufacturing, inventory and ERP systems a plus.
