We are seeking a talented and creative Content Manager to lead our content creation team at Infinity Brands. As a Content Manager you will manage a team of graphic designers and videographers responsible for creating highquality content for both Infinity Brands and the franchise brands we manage. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing content strategies across various platforms to elevate brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies for social media blogs websites and other platforms ensuring it aligns with the objectives of Infinity Brands and managed brands.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of graphic designers and videographers fostering creativity while ensuring deadlines are met and projects run smoothly.
Creative Oversight: Lead brainstorming sessions provide creative direction and guide the team in producing innovative content that resonates with our audiences.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure content fits with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
Approval Process: Manage the endtoend approval process for content ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
Quality Control: Implement a quality control process to review content before publication ensuring it meets high standards of accuracy visual appeal and engagement.
Performance Metrics: Monitor content performance through analytics tools and make datadriven improvements to enhance engagement and ROI

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
Strong understanding of content creation across digital platforms including social media blogs and video.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide motivate and manage a creative team.
Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and project management tools.
Excellent attention to detail especially regarding quality control and brand consistency.
