Job Description
Tasks
- Development of new services and applications according to business requirements
- Support of existing business solutions
- Support of integration processes (both internal and external systems)
- Provide timely functional releases so as to meet fast changing business requirements
- Analysis and authoring of adhoc SQL queries to support the business reporting department
- Maintenance of business critical data processing
- Design implementation and presentation of tactical and strategic improvements
- Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of customer journeys to support business objective to increase market share
- Assess risk and impact on the existing digital portfolio that may arise due to any requirement or functional change
Requirements
- At least 2 years commercial experience using Visual Studio 2010 or later SQL Server database 2012 or later .Net Core 3.1 or later C# React Javascript and JSON/XML technologies.
- A firm grasp of reporting methodologies and indepth experience with the Microsoft SSIS and SSRS.
- Proven experience in working with large data sets both from the perspective of data import/translation and segmenting these as required to provide data insight.
- Proven experience of delivering web based solutions.
- Experience of working with commission schemes reporting for statements and adhoc analysis
- Hands on experience creating and maintaining business critical solutions
- Skills in Design patterns Message Queuing technical documentation
- Complete development lifecycle experience including design development and testing
- I.T. related degree
- Ability to produce technical designs and specifications from functional requirements
- Complete development lifecycle experience including design development and testing;
- Integrate with other systems using synchronous and asynchronous processes
- Team player with exposure to Agile methods (design estimation delivery)
