Job Overview:
Our client is a mobility technology company and they are looking to employ a Telesales Officer. As a Telesales Officer you will be responsible for engaging customers and providing customers with information about the company resolving complaints keeping records of calls and updating customers details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify qualify and cultivate new sales opportunities through multiple mediums such as email phone calls trade shows and channel partner relationships
- Execute on prospecting activities associated with the company s marketing plan and specific marketing campaigns
- Utilizes CRM system and all necessary applications to manage and optimize sales opportunities merge records and track all sales stages of the deal opportunities
- Manage your assigned account and achieve sales targets and customer expectations
- Conduct phone presentations to educate customers identify their needs and sell the right solutions for maximum value
- Document and track the status of inquiries and coordinate appropriate responses using best judgment to ensure customer satisfaction

- Minimum of one year experience as a Telesales/ Customer Service Representative
- Excellent communication and phone skills with strong sales and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to assess customer information determine and address problem areas and present the solution effectively.
- You must have an effective and professional demeanor in conducting telephone sales with customers.
- You must be flexible and dependable and have the willingness to learn excel and understand the customer s position as well as assist where and when needed
