Introduction:
What You Will Do
Oversee office facilities ensuring maintenance and operational efficiency.
Independently handle administrative tasks and take the lead on central services management.
Handle procurement by sourcing supplies managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely deliveries and quality service
Manage office budgets and optimize costs while ensuring efficient inventory management
Assist in relocation of current office locations and oversee and lead the process.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
