Who We Are:
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer (.NET) with a strong focus on backend development using .NET technologies with over 9 years of experience in software development with experience in technical leadership and delivering highquality solutions in various domains; who will play a crucial role in evaluating selecting and implementing relevant technologies tools and practices aligned with our product strategy and priorities in an agile handson fashion. In this position you will develop scalable robust and highquality solutions while serving as a key technical authority guiding highlevel decisions setting best practices leading and mentoring other engineers. Your advanced technical skills indepth knowledge and ability to influence complex engineering solutions will be essential in shaping the strategic direction of our projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing serverside logic APIs and data management systems as well as contributing to technical documentation and solution architecture.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Microsoft Certifications included Azure are desired.
Equivalent experience is also considered.
Professional Experience
9 years of experience building Software Applications.
5 years of experience working as a full stack software engineer with .NET
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient serverside logic using .NET ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Integrate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning models and algorithms into the backend systems to enhance application functionality and intelligence.
Manage and optimize database operations using MongoDB ensuring data integrity security and efficient query performance.
Develop and maintain APIs that support frontend functionality and thirdparty integrations ensuring they are secure robust and scalable.
Contribute to the design and implementation of the overall solution architecture ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including frontend developers data scientists and DevOps to deliver highquality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews provide constructive feedback and mentor developers to promote best practices in software development.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the developed solutions.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
o Strong proficiency in .NET Core and ASP.NET.
o Knowledge of JavaScript and frameworks like Angular or React.
o Expertise in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
o Knowledge of SQL Server and Entity Framework.
o Experience with Web APIs & RESTful API design and development services.
o Familiar with agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban XP).
o Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps Jenkins o GitLab CI.
o Ability with Cloud Services such as Azure or AWS.
o Knowledge of writing and maintaining unit tests.
o Familiar with security (e.g. OWASP OAuth SSL/TLS).
o Experience with integrations.
o Knowledge of performance (e.g. Caching Code optimization Code Review)
o Handson experience in XP programming.
Desirable
o Basic knowledge/willing to learn of incorporating AI/ML algorithms into applications to enhance functionality and provide advanced data analytics.
o Familiar with GitHub Copilot for AIassisted coding enhancing development efficiency and accuracy.

o Excellent communication and collaboration skills capable of explaining complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
