Job Description
What you will be doing:
Central information technology organization providing the network infrastructure hardware software and enterprise services for offices to run their business.
Provides network and database administration device management and administers processes services and technical support for hardware and software for both the organizations internal and external clients.
Troubleshoot utilizing ticketing software (ServiceNow) using remote desktop tools (InTune and Bomgar) Active Directory and SCCM
Experience you will need:
Two years of experience in a desktop support role
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience using ticketing software
Experience using remote desktop tools
Familiarity with Active Directory and SCCM
Understanding of hardware and software components
Knowledge of operating systems
