Job Description

In central Maidenhead our Clients lovely nursery is now seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to oversee the day to day operations working monday to friday 40 hrs they are offering salary c 48k with loads of amazing benefits with this growing provider. There is also onsite parking at this nursery.

Requirements


Ideally you will have

Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 3 years previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Have at least 2 years experience of leading and supporting teams
Can inspire energise and support others
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
