Job Description: Meat Cutter (Wholesale Butchers)
We are seeking an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team at a large wholesale butchery. The role involves cutting and prepping meat to a high standard, ensuring it's ready for packaging and distribution across the UK. This is a full-time position with day shifts, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cut and prepare various types of meat according to specifications.
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure products are properly packaged for distribution.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in butchery or food production.
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shifts.
