Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Phoenix AZ
Job Description On behalf of our client we are seeking a dedicated a Scrum Master/Product Owner professional to join their team in Phoenix AZ. This role plays a crucial part in our development process ensuring effective Agile methodology implementation and acting as a bridge between product stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams facilitating ceremonies and ensuring Agile methodology adherence.
- Act as Product Owner managing product backlog and aligning priorities with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Coach team members on Agile practices and foster continuous improvement.
- Apply Agile principles within the P&C domain to drive project success.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Scrum Master/Product Owner in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
- Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) domain is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- SAFe Certification preferred.
