Job Description
Job Title: RN Ambulatory Care
Location: Shiprock NM
Start Date: 1st November 2024
Duration: 6 to 12 Months
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (No overtime allowed 8 hours per day 30 min unpaid lunch break)
Qualification:
Education: highest degree attained in Nursing
License: Any state RN license is acceptable
Certifications: Must have BLS certification
Experience: minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinic / ambulatory setting.

Hiring for our prominent client at Shiprock Service Unit Northern Navajo Medical Center (IHS) offering an enriching opportunity to provide exceptional care in an inspiring setting.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for conducting initial patient assessments including vital signs and medical history to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Duties involve administering medications assisting minor procedures and providing education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatments. Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers ensuring effective communication and continuity of care. Play a key role in maintaining patient records and coordinating followup care ensuring a seamless patient experience in the clinic setting
