As an ESG Equity Capital Markets Analyst you will play a critical role in supporting our equity capital markets activities with a specific focus on integrating ESG considerations into our investment decisions and capital raising initiatives. You will be responsible for conducting indepth ESG analysis providing insights to support investment strategies and assisting in the of equity capital market transactions.
Responsibilities:
ESG Analysis: Conduct comprehensive ESG analysis on companies across various sectors to evaluate their ESG performance and risks. Utilize quantitative and qualitative methodologies to assess environmental impact social responsibility and corporate governance practices.
Integration into Investment Process: Collaborate with investment teams to integrate ESG considerations into the investment decisionmaking process. Provide ESG insights and research to support investment strategies and identify opportunities aligned with ESG principles.
Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their ESG preferences and requirements. Provide expertise on ESGrelated matters and assist in developing customized ESG investment solutions to meet client needs.
Capital Market Transactions: Support the of equity capital market transactions including IPOs followon offerings and private placements. Assist in the preparation of marketing materials prospectuses and presentations with a focus on highlighting ESG initiatives and commitments.
Industry Research: Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory developments and best practices in ESG investing. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks in the ESG space.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and presentations on ESG performance trends and impact for internal stakeholders clients and regulatory purposes. Maintain accurate documentation of ESG analysis and investment decisions.
