Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Enterprise Integration Solution Engineer to support both presales efforts and customer success initiatives. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process and ensuring they achieve success with integration platforms like Boomi or MuleSoft. This role combines technical expertise strategic customer engagement and solutionbased selling.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the sales team to deliver technical presentations product demonstrations and proofofconcepts (POCs) to potential clients showcasing the value and capabilities of enterprise integration solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements using insights to tailor solutions that align with their objectives.
- Develop and manage responses to RFPs RFIs and RFQs preparing customized proposals technical specifications and effort estimates that meet customer requirements.
- Lead customer onboarding processes ensuring smooth implementation providing training and enabling customers to effectively adopt Boomi or MuleSoft platforms.
- Collaborate with customers to create detailed success plans outlining key milestones and objectives to ensure the customers longterm success and maximize ROI.
- Conduct regular customer checkins track customer health through datadriven insights and proactively address issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations working with internal teams to resolve technical or business challenges ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities within the existing customer base collaborating with sales and technical teams to expand the scope of integration solutions.
- Work closely with product engineering and professional services teams to relay customer feedback ensure product alignment and drive continuous improvements in solutions and services.
- Participate in customer events webinars and industry forums to promote best practices in enterprise integration and act as an advocate for customers within the organization ensuring their needs are prioritized.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5 years of experience in customer success account management or presales consulting in Boomi or MuleSoft platforms.
- 2 years of handson experience delivering technical sales support including demos POCs and solution design.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration technologies API management and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication presentation and problemsolving skills with a customerfirst mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
