Job Description

Your key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership training and mentoring to implement test automation
- Design refine and implement test automation approach including roadmap tools framework & approach.
- Support the functional SME define the approach to quality
- Implement maintain and improve test automation frameworks
- Actively work with development and infrastructure teams for integrating test automation as an integral part of Continuous delivery pipeline
- Collaborate across workstreams the programme and organisation as part of the test automation and QA Communities
- Carry out automation feasibility studies
- Proactively seek to make continuous improvements to test coverage and automation
- Understand test data dependencies for a given context
- Working with international crosscountry environment
Your preferred skills and qualifications:
- Strong experience (> 5 yrs) in test automation (&/or UI and Web Services (REST SOAP))
- Experience with Lean FT .NET or similar tool
- Strong experience with .NET or Java (> 5 yrs)
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Continuous Integration
- Experience with GIT or similar tool
- Experience with JIRA HP ALM
- Ideally experience in Banking and Temenos T24
- Leadership skills
- Selfdriving
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Mentoring / coaching skills
- Fluent in English
