Job Description
Work Location: ONSITE Spring TX.
Description:
- As Delivery Manager you will manage one or more agile projects typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multidisciplinary highly skilled team
- Youll be adept at delivering complex projects breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed
- You will be core to the decisions that build high performing teams where people are excited about the work they are undertaking
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology learning iterating frequently
- Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
- Lead the collaborative dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Managing a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure all deliveries are built to an appropriate level of quality for releases to production
- Drive governance with the clients
- Ensure contractual commitments are met
- Handson working experience with LTI Internal Systems
- Manage the system of records and timely reporting to all stakeholders
- Is willing to travel as necessary for business requirements
Required:
- Overall 1520 years of experience
- Experience in Delivery Management for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account
- Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
- Excellent written and oral communication firm communication backed by data
- Good knowledge of internal processes and MIS tools for delivery management
- Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
