Data Delivery Manager ONSITE - Spring TX

Work Location: ONSITE Spring TX.

Description:

• As Delivery Manager you will manage one or more agile projects typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multidisciplinary highly skilled team
• Youll be adept at delivering complex projects breaking down barriers for your team and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed
• You will be core to the decisions that build high performing teams where people are excited about the work they are undertaking

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology learning iterating frequently
• Work with the Product Manager to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories
• Lead the collaborative dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
• Managing a multidisciplinary team
• Ensure all deliveries are built to an appropriate level of quality for releases to production
• Drive governance with the clients
• Ensure contractual commitments are met
• Handson working experience with LTI Internal Systems
• Manage the system of records and timely reporting to all stakeholders
• Is willing to travel as necessary for business requirements

Required:

• Overall 1520 years of experience
• Experience in Delivery Management for a portfolio of accounts or a single large account
• Proven experience using a range of agile project management methods
• Excellent written and oral communication firm communication backed by data
• Good knowledge of internal processes and MIS tools for delivery management
• Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams
• Program Management
