Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong track record in the supply chain domain.
- At least 4 years of experience in managing and leading IT teams.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure software development lifecycles and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Proven experience in project management including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration and team building.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection regulations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire IT operations for the supply chain department ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Lead and mentor the IT team fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the supply chain.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the procurement of necessary IT resources and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures including disaster recovery and data protection standards.
- Analyze and report on IT project performances identifying areas for improvement.
