We are currently searching for a UX Designer to help drive our success. Being a designer at ElBits means that you are dedicated to standardizing design processes and supporting a variety of product development runways across the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring consistency efficiency and quality in our user experiences. We aim to create intuitive and usercentered designs streamline product development reduce complexity and foster collaboration.

Working closely with energy companies our teams help create products that promote cooperation knowledge sharing and customer value while ultimately enhancing grid capacity and contributing to a more sustainable and greener future for the power sector.

What will you do

• Gather user insights to ensure a deep understanding of users needs where we will facilitate further development of our services focusing on simplifying everyday life.
  

• Carry out user tests to validate design choices and ensure good usability as well as be able to iterate based on feedback.
  

• Create design concepts wireframes prototypes and productionready designs with a special focus on keeping them simple enough to effectively visualize layout and structure.
  

• UI kit development. Work closely with developers to build and maintain a design UI kit that standardizes components and policies across teams.
  

• Helping to standardize design principles and workflows across ElBits as well as supporting our teams in product development initiatives with design expertise.
  

• Facilitate and participate in workshops both internally in the organization and towards customers. These workshops will focus on everything from idea development user insight and product strategy to testing and validation of design solutions. The goal is to ensure broad support and commitment in the design processes.
  
  
  

Who are we looking for

• An experienced UX designer with a track record of creating stellar usercentric products.

• Have experience gathering both qualitative and quantitative information to make informed decisions.

• Experience working closely with developers and other designers in a product team being curious and driven.
  

• Has experience with Figma as a design tool.
  

• Has experience in creating products through gathering insights as well as assisting through development and user testing to implementation and iterations.
  

• You thrive in a varied product environment where being pragmatic and passionate about assisting both users and colleagues in your everyday work.
  

• You enjoy working at a high pace where you are proactive and can take initiative.

• Has the ability to communicate clearly and keep stakeholders informed about insights and design decisions.
  

• You are wellversed in Norwegian. Alarge part of this role will be to work with customers in different parts of the Norwegian landscape.
