To support and accelerate our growth we have developed over the past few years a large network of distribution partners in real estate banking the web who offer the papernest solution to their customers who are moving or who simply want to optimize their current contracts.

Key responsibilities : ensuring strategic partner satisfaction and maximising account value.


Your missions:

Strategic partners Account Management:

  • Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long term relationship ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Understand partners needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Renew and/or expand existing accounts.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.

Account growth:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling of additional products or services.
  • Develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate pitch monitor...).

Internal coordination:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations CRM teams... to ensure that partner expectations are met.
  • Ensure all the departments of the company are understood and prioritise customer needs.

About you:

  • Business or engineering school background
  • 2 years of experience inAccount Management (Enterprise preferred)or consulting
  • Native Spanish speaker fluent in English
  • Able to move in a fastgrowing environment: proactive autonomous motivated and organised
  • Previous experience in a scaleup and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus
