Seeking programmer to work on integration Layer/Java Developers/Programmers will provide technical support to the Shared Services and Enterprise Architecture (SSEA) Division as well as enhance/assure future Integration layer work related to the METS (Minnesota Eligibility Technology System) is seamless. Successful Responder will be responsible for the development of and production maintenance support to the METS or any other project under the Enterprise Service Bus and Electronic Data Interchange (ESB & EDI) team. The successful Developers/Programmers must be able to provide diagnostic analysis of the METS as issues are reported. Diagnostic analysis includes changes required due to system modifications or newly introduced code from adjoining systems such as IBM/C ram Minnesota Minnesota Information Technology System (MNITS) 1095 ESB etc. We expect the resources upon request to analyze a reported issue offer solutions and to help troubleshoot as well as provide root cause analysis. Minimum Qualifications
- Seven (7) years experience in Java Programming/Development role
- A Bachelors degree (4 year) substitutes for seven (7) years or an Associates degree (2 year) substitutes for two years experience.
- Four (4) years experience working with state government health insurance systems on its insurance benefit enrollments
- Five (5) years experience developing in Java using Spring MVC
- Two (2) years IBM integration Bus (IIB) experience
- One (1) year IBM ACE (App Connect Enterprise) experience
Desired Skills
- Three (3) years StreamEDS
- One (1) year Drools experience
- Computer Science or Information Technology degree
- Proven experience and demonstrated proficiency providing analysis and development/programming using (5 years for each):
