Job Description
Job Title: IBM DataStage Developer (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage to extract transform and load data from various sources.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless data integration across systems.
- Create and optimize DataStage jobs and routines for efficient data processing and transformation.
- Perform unit testing and validate ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze and optimize DataStage jobs for performance improvements and resource utilization.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes job designs and data flows.
- Identify and resolve issues in ETL processes and provide support for production jobs.
- Work closely with database administrators data analysts and other developers to support data warehousing initiatives.
- mplement data quality checks and validations to ensure highquality data output.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience in ETL development specifically with IBM DataStage.
- Proficiency in IBM DataStage and its components (Designer Director Administrator).
- Experience with database technologies (e.g. Oracle SQL Server DB2).
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processes.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
