Job Title: Triage Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Experience in a Triage Analyst or similar role handling incident management and prioritization.
- Strong experience in working with IT service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow Jira or similar.
- Ability to analyze categorize and prioritize incidents based on impact and urgency.
- Experience in collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders for swift resolution of incidents.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats vulnerabilities and incident response processes.
- Experience working in a fastpaced environment with a focus on service restoration and continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and classify incidents effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact with technical teams and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident lifecycle management.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 oncall environment (as needed).
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
