Job Description
Job Title: Systems Analyst (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business systems workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Design develop and document system solutions including hardware and software configurations integrations and enhancements.
- Evaluate existing systems to recommend upgrades or modifications based on changing business needs.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives.
- Conduct system testing troubleshooting and debugging to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as user manuals technical guides and process workflows.
- Assist in training and providing support to endusers for new systems or enhancements.
- Monitor system performance resolve issues and recommend preventive measures for continuous improvement.
- Ensure system solutions comply with relevant security protocols policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in systems analysis design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of system architecture database design and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Experience with systems integration data migration and working with APIs.
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as SQL UML ERD and other system modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into businessfriendly terms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms virtualization or other emerging technologies is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
