Job Description
Are you a resultsdriven leader with a passion for logistics and operations Affinity Services is seeking a proactive Warehouse / Facility Manager to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient management of facilities. In this pivotal role you will lead a team to optimize productivity maintain safety standards and enhance operational performance.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory management shipping and receiving
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage and train warehouse staff fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve service delivery
- Prepare and manage the warehouse budget ensuring effective resource allocation
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and make informed decisions for improvement
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations logistics and inventory management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Relevant degree or certification in logistics supply chain management or a related field is an advantage
