Job Description
We are looking for a motivated freelance Bilingual Operations/Project Coordinator to join our remote startup team. In this role you will play a crucial part in coordinating with our Chinese suppliers and logistics partners (3PL). While specific supply chain experience isnt required were looking for someone with a keen eye for detail strong communication skills and an affinity for data. As the link between our team and Chinese partners youll ensure smooth operations across our processes.

Tasks
- Communication: Maintain daily communication with Chinese suppliers logistics partners and internal teams to align processes and swiftly resolve any bottlenecks.
- Data Management: Analyse and interpret operational data to support decisionmaking such as cost comparisons.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and optimise inventory levels in collaboration with our suppliers and 3PL partners.
- Product Branding: Coordinate product branding and packaging specifications with our suppliers to ensure all products meet the desired quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements with suppliers to enhance efficiency and optimise collaboration.

Requirements
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in inventory management project management or operations is a plus but not essential.
