Job Description
Hey there! Are you ready to be the friendly face and helpful voice of Leadstars Were a dynamic team in the Marketing Services industry and were on the lookout for a Klantenservice medewerker to join us. In this role youll be the goto person for our customers helping them navigate their needs and ensuring they have an amazing experience with us. If youre passionate about customer service love solving problems and want to be part of a company thats all about driving results and having fun while doing it then we cant wait to meet you!
Tasks
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with account setup and troubleshooting
- Provide information about marketing services and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer experience
Requirements
- Great communication skills in Dutch and English
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms
