o Minimum of 3 years of functional experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and a minimum of 8 years of total work experience
o Proficient in requirements gathering design and implementation of planning solutions
o Thorough knowledge of all Adaptive components such as Modeling Integrations Access Rules and Reporting
o Ability to implement integrated Workforce Planning solutions with Workday HCM
o Responsible for creating and updating technical documentation
o Analyze test and communicate the impact of product feature releases
o Ability to investigate and resolve issues acting as a liaison between users and Workday support
o Preferred experience in scripting Custom Cloud Data Sources (CCDS) and Custom Cloud Loaders (CCL)
o Bonus points for experience with Tableau MultiInstance structures Adaptive APIs.
