Job Description
Job Title: Lead Azure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Microsoft Azure cloud environments handling tasks such as provisioning configuration performance monitoring policy enforcement and security management.
- Design develop and deploy multiregion highavailability solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Evaluate current operational procedures standards and governance to identify and implement enhancements.
- Lead the migration of existing infrastructure services to cloudbased platforms.
- Ensure robust security measures and access controls for cloud environments.
- Implement policydriven best practices to safeguard cloud solutions from data loss and ensure data protection.
- Support the transformation and modernization of applications as part of the cloud adoption process.
- Ensure all infrastructure components adhere to performance and capacity requirements.
- Participate in a 24/7 oncall rotation to resolve critical technical issues.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 4 years of handson experience with Microsoft Azure including design deployment configuration and optimization.
- Proven experience in designing and operating medium to largescale enterprise infrastructure databases and application systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl Python and PowerShell.
- Experience with GIT for source code management.
- Familiarity with Terraform Cloud and Azure DevOps for infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of Jira and ServiceNow for project management and IT service management.
- Broad expertise in IT including networking systems administration data protection information security and CI/CD tools.
- A motivated learner with the ability to mentor and collaborate with team members and crossfunctional stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
