Join our dynamic Financial Due Diligence team within Deals Transaction Services where we help leading companies unlock the potential of mergers acquisitions divestitures and capital markets. Through indepth analysis and datadriven insights we guide our clients to maximize value from their deals ensuring they make informed decisions. You will play a pivotal role in helping organizations on both the buyside and sellside offering peace of mind by analyzing validating and providing insights into the financial operational and strategic assumptions of these transactions.

Key Responsibilities

As a Transaction Services Manager you will:

  • Lead due diligence projects for StateOwned Enterprises multinational corporations and domestic companies focusing on financial commercial and strategic analysis.
  • Manage and execute challenging engagements with a high degree of responsibility ensuring adherence to our firms high standards.
  • Identify develop and convert opportunities for business growth enhancing our Deals Advisory practice.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis on target companies preparing comprehensive reports for clients with clear recommendations and insights.
  • Liaise effectively with clients and target companies to ensure smooth project and deliverable management.
  • Oversee a range of projects including financial statement analysis buyside financial due diligence vendor due diligence financial closing reviews financial modeling assumption reviews and Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) reviews.
  • Support Directors and Partners in business development project and client relationship management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • 6 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence Transaction Services auditing accounting equity research or M&A advisory roles.
  • Background in a Big Four accounting firm or equivalent experience within the Financial Services industry is preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles financial statement analysis and transaction services.
  • Commercial acumen with an ability to understand broader business issues beyond financials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate complex financial and commercial challenges.
