Sharepoint Architect
Hybrid in NJ
- Oversee and develop SharePoint Online environments
- Worked on migration of data from local file share system to SharePoint online
- Implement security measures and manage access controls to safeguard sensitive data
- Integrate and manage OneDrive/TEAMS within SharePoint Online environments
- Configure and manage OneDrive for Business with O365 services and applications
- Administer OneDrive for Business settings including storage allocation and synchronization settings
- Ensure synchronization and efficient document management between OneDrive Teams and SharePoint
- Customize settings and permissions to streamline workflows across platforms
- Configure SharePoint Online sites lists libraries and permission
- Evaluate new features and updates released by Microsoft for SharePoint Online and related tools
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to nontechnical stakeholders
- Develop training materials for SharePoint and Power Platform
- Manage SharePoint governance and mentor technical staff and site owners
- Recommend updates and enhancements to SharePoint sites and related tools
- Ensure compliance with governance and compliance standards
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Communicate progress risks and issues to stakeholders
- Implement mitigation strategies to achieve project goals
