Remote Contract Marketing Specialist/Strategist Position

Position Overview:
We are seeking a selfsufficient Marketing Specialist/Strategist with experience doing endtoend Meta and Google campaign management. You will be responsible for implementing optimising reporting and scaling SMM and SEM campaigns.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Meta ads campaign planning implementation and optimisation with a particular focus on Ecommerce brands
- Ability to Execute tests collect and analyse data and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget appropriately estimating monthly costs and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.
- Tracking KPIs to assess performance & pinpoint issues.
- Analysing and interpreting research and analytics data to inform the marketing strategy.
- Provide key marketing support for developing executing and optimising our ongoing lead nurturing campaigns to keep our brand top of mind and drive conversions.
- Conduct market research on keywords consumer trends and competing brands.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Excellent copywriting skills for developing compelling marketing copy and designing engaging creatives.
- Generating lead funnels and campaigns for SLAM and its clients.
- Support sales and account managers with stakeholder management
- Support admin and technical team members with analytics and data integration.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure marketing aligns with our goals and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
- Social Media Savvy
- Handson experience in content management
- Ability to deliver creative content (text image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO keyword research and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
Requirements:
- Proven Meta and Google ads marketing experience with a focus on eCommerce and performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of copywriting and creative design tools
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Longterm agency experience is preferred
PLEASE NOTE:
- A proven track record of high ROAS returns for ecommerce clients as well as having Advertising Agency experience will be highly regarded.
- Minimum 3 years of proven SEM experience on Meta and success managing PPC campaigns
- Ecommerce experience essential
- Creative personality and highly collaborative.
- Wellversed in performance marketing conversion and online customer acquisition
- Exceptional spelling grammar and attention to detail is a must.
- Naturally curious and a genuine interest in staying up to date in marketing and content.
- A high level of personal organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A university degree in marketing would be advantageous
