Requirements
Role Overview:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics Statistics Computer Science Economics or related).
- 3 years in a data analyst business analyst or statistical analysis role.
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL data warehousing and data processing tools (e.g. Terra Data Excel PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in building models performing analysis and generating reports/dashboards for stakeholders.
- Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau QlikView OBIEE or Looker and business intelligence reporting.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools like SPSS SAS R or Python.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing data modeling and test/control methodologies.
- Experience in calculating ROIs and correlating them with KPIs and financial assumptions.
- Ability to generate adhoc queries perform indepth research and develop automation solutions for reporting.
- Skilled in handling large data sets and performing gap analysis to streamline reporting processes.
- Strong problemsolving abilities attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication skills able to convey insights and reports to executive leadership and clients effectively.
- Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments manage ambiguity and balance competing priorities.
- Project management skills are an added advantage.
Key Results:
- Convert complex data into meaningful insights driving strategic opportunities and improving decisionmaking.
- Develop and maintain accurate reports and dashboards highlighting performance metrics for leadership and clients.
- Provide monthly validations of program performance track promotion effectiveness and assess ROI.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify datadriven enhancements to optimize existing programs.
- Prepare executive presentations and business reviews enabling leadership to make informed business decisions based on key metrics.
Lead and deliver Oracle WMS implementation projects on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, timely support, and the delivery of robust, scalable Oracle WMS solutions. Enable clients to achieve greater operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and streamlined warehouse processes through the effective deployment of Oracle WMS. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by staying updated on the latest Oracle WMS features and enhancements, and proactively applying this knowledge to optimize client solutions.
