Are you a skilled physician with leadership experience ready to take on a dynamic role that blends clinical care with operational management

Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to join their team and provide exceptional leadership across multiple clinical centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting ensuring bestinclass clinical service delivery.
  • Oversee the onboarding mentoring and development of clinicians to maintain consistency in care.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes through evidencebased practices.
  • Monitor clinical metrics and outcomes to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between medical staff and leadership supporting clinical and operational strategies.
  • Handle administrative duties such as clinician scheduling performance evaluations and operational planning.
  • Act as a key point of contact for patient and employer communication ensuring timely followup on treatment plans.

  • Work Environment:
    • 100% outpatient care in Occupational Medicine Urgent Care or Employee Health settings.
    • Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends required.

    Requirements

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine Internal Medicine or Occupational Medicine.
  • Unrestricted medical and DEA licenses in California.
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Preferred experience in managed care and physician management.
  • DOT Preferred but not required
