Job Description
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire India service delivery function (with a mix of remote and inoffice team members) to ensure highquality ontime and withinbudget service delivery across all projects.
Develop and implement resource planning and allocation strategies to optimize team performance and ensure the efficient use of resources.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery through proactive risk management and contingency planning.
Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery center working with your deliver lead peers across 5 countries
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to manage Talent as a Service Contract Lifecycle Management and Legal projects ensuring alignment with global organizational objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any other field.
At least 6 years managing a delivery centre with at least 100 people or more with a proven track record of growth and leadership ideally from a recognised large technology consultancy organisation.
