Global Service Delivery Lead

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the entire India service delivery function (with a mix of remote and inoffice team members) to ensure highquality ontime and withinbudget service delivery across all projects.
  

• Develop and implement resource planning and allocation strategies to optimize team performance and ensure the efficient use of resources.
  

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery through proactive risk management and contingency planning.
  

• Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness across the delivery center working with your deliver lead peers across 5 countries
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to manage Talent as a Service Contract Lifecycle Management and Legal projects ensuring alignment with global organizational objectives.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or any other field.
  

• At least 6 years managing a delivery centre with at least 100 people or more with a proven track record of growth and leadership ideally from a recognised large technology consultancy organisation.
