Job Description
Title : IT Specialist (Expert)
Location: Albany New York
Note: Onsite role.
Job Description:
- 8 years of experience in the area of: public health information Systems such as Medicaid or the Childs Health Insurance Program"
- 4 years of Experience using Oracle products including: SQL Developer SQL plus and executing SQL scripts to query Vertica and Oracle Databases
- 8 years of experience in Working with Stakeholders and vendor in the entire project life cycle from requirement gathering to Implementation.
- 4 years experience with Center for Medicaid/Medicare Systems Standards and Codes such as EDI 837 EDI 834 ICD Codes HIPPA etc.
- 4 years reviewing new projects for overall architectural impact and providing Architecture Assurance.
- 3 years experience in a Data Warehouse Environment processing billions of health care records 4 Years of experience in research and evaluation of software / hardware products and industry trends to assist in Enterprise Portfolio Assessment and development of the Enterprise Roadmap.
- 2years of experience developing technical RFP content for major System and Data Integration procurement.
- 2years of experience in reviewing Cloudbased solutions and AI use cases.
- Bachelorbs Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.

05 Years of experience leading projects from initiation through closeout, creating schedules, scope, resource management, budget estimations, including risk mitigation. Experience should include multiple methodologies including waterfall, agile, scrum, and/or kanban 04 Years of experience facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders including executives, business users, and technical resources 04 Yearsof experience working on Enterprise Change Management strategies, plans, and activities designed to prepare and support people to adopt to changes in business processes, systems and technology, and organization structures including experience with change capacity 03 years of experience facilitating Project/Release retrospectives, and evaluation of project outcomes and criteria for success to deliver continuous improvement 03 years Months of experience contributing to the establishment of PMO standards, processes, and internal controls including establishing SDLC and using Outcomes based metrics such as Objectives and Key Results (OKR) 3 Years Months of experience leading elicitation sessions with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts using variety of information gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models 03 Months of experience involving a Case Management application that supports workflow, case lifecycle, activities and tasks, storing related documentation, and managing stakeholder communication in one of the following domains: Human Services, Law Enforcement (Investigations), Justice (Legal, Courts) 03 Months of experience working in State Government Bachelor s Degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or Education Communication-focused Certification (i.e., counseling, mediation, education)
