Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to drive revenue growth across the U.S. Payer and Provider market. This role focuses on new account sales for digital transformational Data Cloud AI and traditional IT services. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and consumer engagement strategies as well as the ability to position our services for optimal results. This is a newly created position to further expand the national sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focusing on lead generation and pipeline development.
Build relationships with senior business leaders in the target market.
Close new business deals to achieve annual revenue targets.
Provide insights for marketing campaigns and represent the company at industry events and tradeshows.
Collaborate with industry partners and network with thought leaders.
Manage sales opportunities from identification to closure including proposals presentations and solution demonstrations.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with Clevel executives.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and ensure data quality.
Performance Measurements:
Achievement of new sales wins.
Clevel engagement and successful pitches.
Effective identification and qualification of opportunities.
Accurate data and record management.
Experience Requirements:
810 years of proven sales success within the U.S. Payer & Provider market.
A strong track record in selling complex software systems and services.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quotas and generate new revenue.
Experience with strategic partnerships and BPS services is a plus.
Skilled in contract negotiations and closing complex deals.
Reporting Structure:
This role reports directly to the Healthcare NA Global Head
