Job Description

As a Google Cloud Data Analyst you will:
  • Dive into customer behavior on the website using visual tools (such as Contentsquare) to identify opportunities for site improvements and customer pain points.
  • Work actively to mitigate identified pain points and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Own and manage the online customer journey including frontend data definitions and key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to define appropriate performance metrics focusing on experimentation and A/B testing.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 810 years of experience analyzing web data and understanding customer behavior.
  • Solid experience with digital tools including Google Cloud and Contentsquare.
  • Expertise in designing and implementing user tracking mechanisms.
  • Proven ability to analyze visualize and report on customer metrics using Data Studio and BigQuery.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize customer experience.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Lead the experimentation agenda by collaborating with UX teams to formulate and validate hypotheses.
  • Proactively drive the improvement of performance metrics related to customer behavior and website performance.
  • Be a selfstarter with a proactive engaging and curious mindset.
