Who are we looking for
We are looking for Value Creation and Portfolio Monitoring Manager/Associate who are intellectually curious proactive techsavvy financially sophisticated passionate about transformative entrepreneurship and ready to hustle. This position is a blend of strategic oversight operational
management and financial analysis. You must be hungry and driven but also personable and easy to work with. We need someone who is genuinely passionate about startups
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Monitoring:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Systematically collect and analyze financial and operational data from portfolio companies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compare actual performance against targets and industry benchmarks.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports including monthly financial summaries quarterly business reviews and adhoc performance updates.
Value Creation:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement value creation plans for portfolio companies focusing on areas such as revenue growth cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Operational Improvements: Identify and execute initiatives to improve operational performance including process improvements technology upgrades and organizational changes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with investment teams to provide insights and updates on portfolio performance
- External Communication: Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including investors and advisors providing them with regular updates on portfolio performance and value creation efforts.
Requirements
- At least 35 years of experience working in venture capital private equity investment banking management consulting financial services such as auditing transactional services or valuation
- Strong in financial accounting and presentation skills
- Be fluent in English Mandarin and Bahasa with outstanding verbal and written skills
- Passion for new technologies and learning emerging business models
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture and develop longterm strategies for value creation.
- DetailOriented: Keen attention to detail and a methodical approach to data analysis and reporting.
- Problem Solver: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse team
