Job Description
Job Title: Google Cloud Analyst
Location: Amsterdam Netherlands
Contract Duration: 12 months
Work Mode: Onsite or Hybrid (flexible)
Sponsorship: Optional (dependent on candidates requirements)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Google Cloud Analyst to join our team in Amsterdam Netherlands. As a Google Cloud Analyst you will be responsible for analysing customer behaviour on our website using visual tools identifying opportunities for site improvements and mitigating customer pain points. You will own the online customer journey define frontend data definitions and metrics and design and implement user tracking. You will also lead the experimentation agenda within the team. Formulate and validate hypotheses and focus on widescale A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse customer behaviour on our website using visual tools (Content Square) to identify opportunities for site improvements and customer pain points
- Own the online customer journey define frontend data definitions and metrics and design and implement user tracking
- Lead the experimentation agenda within the team formulate and validate hypotheses and focus on widescale A/B testing
- Collaborate with UX team to formulate and validate hypotheses
- Utilize cloud computing environments such as Google Cloud Platform to interact with cloud databases data warehouses and static data sources (files buckets etc.)
- Define and track performance metrics to capture customer behaviour and site improvements
- Visualize metrics using Data Studio on top of Big Query on Google Cloud Platform
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to the team
Requirements
- Experience analysing web data and customer behaviour
- Understanding and experience with experimentation
- Ability to own the online customer journey frontend data definitions and metrics
- Experience in designing and implementing user tracking
- Proactive engaging curious and selfstarter
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Data Studio
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with product listing and visualisation of metrics using Data Studio on top of Big Query on Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with cloud databases data warehouses and static data sources (files buckets etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform particularly Big Query and Data Studio
