Introduction:
Our client a prominent player in the automotive industry is seeking a talented individual for the position of Group Financial Management Staff. This role is based in Ueno Tokyo with a competitive salary
Role Overview:
As a Group Financial Management Staff member you will be responsible for managing and analyzing the consolidated performance of the group and providing improvement directives to various internal departments. This role involves significant interaction with international subsidiaries and plays a critical role in the companys financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidated Performance Management: Aggregate performance data conduct management analysis prepare reports for management meetings oversee subsidiary management and manage expenses.
- Planning and Progress Management: Develop and oversee plans for consolidated and subsidiary operations.
- System Maintenance and Operation: Plan maintain and operate management accounting systems.
- International Subsidiary Management: Oversee budgeting and performance management for overseas subsidiaries identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.

Qualifications:
Required:
- 3 years of experience in accounting or management accounting.
- TOEIC score of approximately 650 (sufficient for conversation email and document creation).
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Excel including format creation VLOOKUP IF functions and pivot tables.
