Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build mentor and lead a highperforming engineering team promoting a culture of excellence collaboration and continuous improvement.
Serve as the technical expert designing and architecting scalable solutions while leveraging modern technologies to enhance productivity scalability and costefficiency.
Ensure optimal performance and high availability of our SaaS software with effective management of live site operations.
Implement and enforce engineering processes including design reviews code reviews and the Software Development Life Cycle.
Oversee software development projects ensuring timely and budgetcompliant delivery while identifying and mitigating risks.
Own and optimize infrastructure costs ensuring efficient use of resources.
Manage operational requests from other teams addressing their productivity needs and ensuring alignment with internal requirements.
Present technology vision and architectural strategies to customers investors and both internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in driving Product Management is a desirable plus. Requirements:
Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 14 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles
Strong technical background with expertise in software development architecture
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable engineering plans
Visionary leader with a passion for technology and innovation
Resultsdriven with a strong focus on quality and operational excellence
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
