About the Role: As a Customer Care Assistant youll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support to our customers in the entertainment industry. This role focuses primarily on chat and email communication with only 510% of your time dedicated to inbound calls. You will be the goto person for customers assisting them with inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluency in German (written and verbal)
  • Good command of English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills and an interest in sports
  • Organized with strong decisionmaking and analytical abilities
  • Typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Work permit in Bulgaria: Only EU citizens or Bulgarian Residence Card holders are eligible (No visa support for nonEU citizens)
  • High school education (Customer service experience is a plus but not required)
