Job Description
Job Purpose
The job purpose for a Quality Assurance Tester with 2 years of relevant experience specializing in ERP and Web Application Testing is to ensure the reliability functionality and performance of software systems particularly ERP solutions web applications and chat bots. This involves designing and executing comprehensive test plans identifying and documenting defects and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality software solutions
Duties and Responsibilities (Generic) of the position
Test Planning and : Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts to validate the functionality and performance of ERP systems web applications and chat bots.
ERP Testing: Understand ERP systems and modules such as Vendors Management Logistics Stock Management HRM and CRM to effectively test critical business processes within an ERP context.
Laravel Testing: Conduct testing of Laravel applications including unit testing integration testing and testing of database interactions.
API Testing: Proficiently test RESTful APIs used in ERP systems utilizing tools like Postman to ensure compatibility and reliability.
Chat Bot Testing: Test chat bots for functionality performance and user experience incorporating knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) testing methodologies.
Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new developments do not adversely affect existing functionalities maintaining software integrity.
Defect Tracking: Utilize defect tracking tools and processes to report prioritize and manage issues ensuring efficient resolution and continuous improvement.
Test Automation: Implement test automation tools and frameworks for ERP testing developing and maintaining automated test scripts to streamline testing processes.
Skills required at fulfill the position
Manual and automated testing proficiency.
ERP and web application testing expertise.
Knowledge of API testing and chat bot testing.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and time management abilities.
Previous QA experience certifications advantageous
