Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop BIM models for electrical systems within building projects.
- Utilize BIM software (such as Revit AutoCAD MEP Navisworks) to design and coordinate electrical systems effectively.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of electrical components with other building systems.
- Generate accurate quantity takeoffs schedules and reports from BIM models.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM and electrical engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience minimum of 4 years working as a BIM Engineer.
- Proficiency in BIM software including Revit AutoCAD MEP and Navisworks.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems design and installation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of Electrical power distribution systems.
