Key Responsibilities:
Identify Opportunities: Quickly assess customer needs and uncover hidden sales opportunities by understanding their unique challenges and upcoming projects.
Lead with Confidence: Guide customers smoothly through their entire journey from initial contact to closing the sale.
Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the clients cloud services ensuring youre equipped to handle technical queries clarify concerns and provide toptier support.
Trusted Advisor: Build customer trust by offering highquality advice and technical expertise ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Sales Strategy: Leverage your sales expertise to understand the full cloud sales lifecycle accurately assess where customers are in their journey and provide tailored solutions.
Futurefocused: Discover future opportunities including test phases and upcoming projects and capitalize on them for longterm success.
Collaborative Insight: Share valuable product and program feedback with various internal teams (operations business groups engineering) to continuously improve services.
Passion for IT: Stay uptodate with cloud products and trends and use your passion to support clients effectively.
Requirements:
Language Skills: Native or fluent in Dutch (spoken and written) with a good command of English (B2 level or above).
Cloud Expertise: Experience with cloud software sales ideally with Azure Fundamentals (AZ900) certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Sales Experience: Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and IT sales processes is essential with prior experience using Challenger being a strong advantage.
Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to quickly onboard new customers and successfully negotiate.
Trusted Advisor: Proven track record as a Trusted Advisor offering strategic advice on IT spending and highlevel solutions.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills able to work independently and efficiently under supervision.
Communication Skills: Outstanding ability to confidently share program insights with senior management and stakeholders.
