Customer Care: Handle inquiries via email messages and phone calls related to bookings refunds invoicing and customer onboarding.
Own the Journey: Youll take charge of customer issues troubleshoot problems and offer fast efficient solutions that make their travel experience smoother.
Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and global partners to resolve inquiries with the best possible outcome.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations and deliver seamless support that keeps them coming back for more!



What Youll Bring to the Table:

Nativelevel Danish speaker fluent in both written and spoken communication.
Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level) to collaborate with international teams.
